As we shoot, every photo goes directly to a laptop where each person can review their headshots and select their favorite shot. This photo will get professional retouching. No having to wait for a proofing gallery.
For staff headshots, it usually takes about 3-5 minutes per person. Sometimes executives will want more than one final retouched shot and that will take longer.
After the shoot day, each photo will receive our professional retouching service. Depending on the size of your staff, your staff headshots will be available to download from a private gallery in 2-3 business days.
If you are located in the Nashville area, a new staff person can visit our studio for their headshot. We do this often when our clients are on-boarding new staff. If we have done on-site staff headshots for you, the headshot cost for your add-on staff will be around 28% less than the normal studio headshot session.
If you are on-boarding 5 or more staff, we can set up another session at your location.

Here are a few tips for looking your best no matter what style best fits your companies personality…
I will need a minimum of 15’x15′ of open floor space with no tables in that area. Tables in the room outside of that open area space are fine. We also need to be close to a wall plug for power.
The main thing to avoid is anything that has a wet or shimmery look. Glitter or a “dewy” makeup will reflect the flash and create hot spots that are not flattering.
A matte finish look will work best. If anyone has a tendency to have shiny skin, it is recommended to bring makeup to the shoot for touch-ups.
